Craniosacral-Neurolymphatics (CNL)

The "CNL Class"

18 CEUs, $498 U.S., Pre-requisite: BE2 or equivalent training, CLI Class

"Current research reveals a complex intracranial lymphatic system that is responsible for a significant portion of CSF drainage. This new insight compels us to modify and expand our understanding of CSF circulation and reabsorption and in doing so, recognize the brain itself, as a highly immunologically involved organ."

-- Charise Rogosky, LMT, CSTA-CP-I, CLDT

The Craniosacral-Neurolymphatics (CNL) class is a three-day class for craniosacral therapy practitioners that explores some of the most current scientific research into the recently discovered neurolymphatic network in brain and surrounding meninges.

This class expands upon basic approaches learned in the Craniosacral-Lymphatic Integration "CLI" class.

Topics explored:

  • Review of lymphatic anatomy
  • Anatomy of cerebral vasculature
  • Anatomy of meningeal lymphatic vasculature
  • Relationships between circulatory system, lymphatic system and craniosacral system
  • New discoveries involving intracranial membranes
  • Protective barriers of the brain
  • The Glymphatic system
  • Novel integration of CST and lymphatic techniques
  • Clinical applications, conditions, and precautions

The attending student will:

  • Learn cranial lymphatic anatomy and function
  • Learn how to apply knowledge of neurolymphatic anatomy to CST session
  • Become familiar with basic pathophysiology of the CNS and be able to apply more advanced lymphatic techniques integrated with CST as a viable treatment option.

Dates and Locations:

  • Next Date TBD
